Sweet Slice Ham & Swiss Breakfast Sandwich




  1. Toast the brioche
  2. Slice the Baby Sweet Slice Ham
  3. Fry the egg over easy in the butter and season with the salt & pepper to taste
  4. Assemble the sandwich
  5. Spread the mayonnaise on both the top and bottom of the toasted brioche bun
  6. Place the sliced Baby Sweet Slice Ham on the bottom half of the bun
  7. Place the sliced cheese on the Ham
  8. Top with the egg
  9. Drizzle the BBQ sauce over the egg (optional)
  10. Place the top of the bun on the sandwich and cut in half
  11. Serve
