EverRoast Chicken, Muenster & Mushroom Panini
Delve into comforting, homestyle flavor with a panini that pairs our slow-roasted EverRoast Chicken with fresh spinach and sautéed mushrooms, rounded out by the smooth, mellow flavor of our Muenster Cheese.
- Slice the ciabatta bun in half, setting the top aside.
- Layer the bottom slice with muenster cheese, fresh spinach and mushrooms, followed by chicken and another slice of cheese.
- Sprinkle with fresh parsley, to garnish, then place the ciabatta lid on top of the sandwich.
- Spread a light layer of butter on the outer sides of the sandwich.
- Cook the sandwich in a preheated panini press until golden brown and cheese is melted.
- Serve warm.
