Sweet Slice Uncured Ham with Brown Sugar & Spice Glaze

  1. Preheat oven to 325 degrees (F)
  2. Remove ham from packaging and lightly score in diamond pattern with a sharp knife.
  3. Place ham in a shallow roasting pan and add 1 cup of water. Coat ham with glaze.
  4. Tent ham with aluminum foil, sealing edges tightly to pan.
  5. Bake at 325 degrees (F) for 15-20 minutes per pound until a thermometer inserted into the center of the ham reads 140 degrees (F).
  6. Remove the ham from the oven and let rest for approximately 15 minutes.
