London Broil Roast Beef Sandwich with Pub Style Horseradish
From crisp russet potatoes to tender beef and the kick of horseradish, this recipe turns a meat-and-potatoes meal into an unforgettable pub-style sandwich.

- In a small bowl, toss potato slices in olive oil. Spread on a small baking sheet and bake at 400ºF for about 20 minutes. Remove and set aside.
- Preheat broiler. Slice the onion roll in half and place on a baking sheet, sliced sides up. Broil for 1 minute, until lightly toasted.
- Spread 1 tbsp of horseradish sauce on the sliced sides of the roll.
- On the bottom slice, layer one slice of cheese, the roast beef and the remaining slice of cheese on top. Place under the broiler until the cheese starts to melt.
- Top with potatoes, pickle chips, arugula and sliced radish, then crown with the top half of the bun.
